The purpose for a movement screening is to identify movement pattern problems. Overlooking these limitations can lead to decreased performance, and increased potential for injury. Identifying these weak links can be the difference in maintaining a long healthy pain-free life and/or athletic career.
2. Nutritional Overview
Everyone knows that nutrition is the cornerstone of a healthy life.
During your consultation I'll take you through the Precision NutritionT program, the foundation for every clients success.
3. Exercise History
If you're an individual that's been training hard, it's important to have knowledge of your training history. I will help you understand the mistakes that have been limiting your progress and explain the direction I believe you should take.
4. Goal Setting
If you don't have direction you'll never get to where you want to go.
Every individual who has a desire and understanding of what they want to accomplish will almost always accomplish that goal. I'll help draw the map for your success and help insure you don't take detours that send you into a dead end.
