Before you spend any more time looking around, I'd like to tell you more about myself. Then, you can decide if I'm qualified to help you. I've been involved in fitness coaching and athletic preparation for 15 years.  My training methods have been published in national and local magazines.  Skiing magazine has sought out my expertise on conditioning for skiers and Core Magazine named me Best Trainer in Colorado in 2006.

I hold certifications from NSCA, ACSM, and NASM.  I've also lectured at coaching clinics speaking on topics ranging from speed development, weight loss, and proper nutrition.

As a certified personal trainer, I've spent more than a decade working with people of all shapes and sizes, and one thing I've discovered with all my experience is that everyone at one point or another, becomes discouraged or confused about training.

If you’re like most people, just making time to train is a challenge.   Now compound that with feelings that you may be unsure about what you’re doing, or you think you’re doing everything right but you just are not getting the results, and you've got a real problem on your hands. 

If you can relate to what I'm saying then I’d bet you’re ready for a change.   Meanwhile, give yourself a big pat on the back because you've got the smarts to know that repeating the same mistakes over and over won't get you what you want.

I've put a lot of time and study into figuring out why programs work and why they don't.  I've made the mistakes and I've learned from them.  So, if your wanting to cut through the confusion, if you’re not getting the results you want and you are ready for a change, I know I can help you get the results you want.
